Lord, I empty myself. I forget myself, and remember you.

So I can be filled with your truth.
I'm longing for purity.
Burn it all away.

Let me be emptied out
Of all that I am
So only you remain.
What is good and what
Is true and what is real.
Only goodness remains 
When all is said and done.

When all else is stripped away
Only the truth remains.
